The e-commerce market continues to grow, making digital sales channels increasingly important. This is also the case for Naïf, which specializes in selling care products made from natural ingredients. Naïf was looking for a strategy to boost their digital sales and increase their online presence.

Aanpak

Imagine immediately started developing Naïf's digital marketing strategy. Imagine did this in collaboration with Naïf, by setting up a joint strategy team. Through this intensive cooperation, a successful strategic plan with a loyal customer-oriented approach has been established. In addition to focusing on digital sales, the Naïf team realized the importance of attracting digital talent, which was also supported and supervised by Imagine Digital. By using our digital acceleration roadmap, the team implemented the building blocks during an agile sprint planning process. Together with the Naïf team, we built, optimized and accelerated an MVP of Naïf's own digital direct sales channel and associated systems (e.g. CRM systems and loyalty programs).

Resultaat

Our approach, where customer loyalty comes first, delivered results that exceeded expectations. After the launch of the Naïf digital sales channel and the introduction of Naïf into new digital channels, revenues rose significantly (+400%). In addition to digital sales growth, the Imagine team supported the Naïf team in expanding their team by assisting them in the search for the right capabilities. As a result, Naïf has given their online business a great kick-start, and has been able to scale up to allow the business to grow even further.
