Challenge
The KVK must keep innovating in order to remain relevant to the entrepreneur. Of course, the organization is also making improvements itself, but the Innovation Lab has been created for risky projects. The challenge is, how can these progressive projects be brought from idea to prototype as efficiently as possible?
Approach
Imagine Digital helps KVK from A to Z with the innovation process. That means from customer requirements to prototypes. During this process, the customer's opinion is continuously tested. Once the prototype works, it is put live and tested on a large scale. Based on the results of the test, a decision is made whether the prototype will be further developed or whether it will remain a prototype. After that, the development of the next idea starts. This assignment uses the lean startup methodology and conducts market research (both quantitative and qualitative).

Result
On average, one prototype is delivered every quarter.
