Contrary to popular belief, digital transformation is less about technology itself , and more about the people with the technology skills behind it. Realizing this, and wanting to gain insights in how to attract and retain digital talent, the KVK asked Imagine Digital for support to develop and execute a digital talent plan.

KAMER VAN KOOPHANDEL

Kamer van Koophandel (KVK) is the dutch chamber of commerce.

OUR APPROACH 

We started off with a company specific internal analysis. Based on this analysis we have designed a tailor-made program, consisting of onboarding and personal development phases. Each of the phases is implemented with supportive content such as the onboarding hub and the people development hub.

THE OUTCOME

 

By designing and executing this structured and digital development plan, we gave KVK examples and the right handles to keep improving and inspiring their (new) employees.
