We have worked with Dunlop to kickstart and sustain their Amazon presence 

 

SELLING ON AMAZON, WHERE TO START? 

Being a traditional B2B player, Dunlop was trying to find new ways to discover extra sales opportunities. One of the solutions was a D2C channel, such as Amazon, therefore Imagine Digital calculated the estimated sales.

OUR APPROACH 

Imagine Digital conducted an opportunity scan for selling directly on Amazon. By calculating the potential in sales numbers combined with the timelines and a well-founded entering strategy we convinced the board to truly invest in the direct sales channel.

THE OUTCOME

 

Imagine provided knowledge, support and hands-on business management to set up and scale the Amazon business. Making it their biggest online channel with a turnover from 0 to 4 million on amazon in 1 year.
